General Return Plolicy

1.  SYLVANIA must authorize all returns or exchanges. Please go to www.store.sylvania.com/rma or email us at sylvania@fulfillmentamerica.com for a returns material authorization number (RMA#). You must fill out the form completely. (Please have the original packing slip available for order number, item number, order date, etc.)

2.  All claims for shortages and/or damages must be placed within ten days of receipt of merchandise.
 
3.  All returned merchandise must be received by OSRAM SYLVANIA in the original packaging, unless the merchandise is found to be defective.

4.  All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
 
5.  All returns/exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking charge unless the merchandise is being returned because we incorrectly filled the order or the merchandise is defective.

Customer Returns

1.  The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because we incorrectly filled the order or the merchandise is defective. Please use a shipping company, such as UPS or FedEx, which can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

3.  Please use the return label provided with the original packing slip.

4.  Your RMA# must be written on the shipping label and/or packaging. We do not accept returns without an RMA.

In order to generate an RMA please email RMA@sylvaniaonlinestore.com and please include your full name, the order number as it was printed on the packing slip and the reason for the return.

Refund for Credit or Exchange


1.  Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or we shipped an incorrect item.

2.  The internal paperwork for credit/exchange is normally completed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
 
3.  All refunds are applied to the original credit card provided.
